- Location of Hysteria Haunted is on the 2nd floor of Dubai Mall, opposite to Reel cinemas.
- Timings: Saturday-Wednesday: 10:00am-12:00am, Thursday-Friday: 10:00am-1:00am
- Entry for children below 16 is not recommended.
- However, Entry for children of the ages below 12 years can only be possible in the presence of an adult.
- Child below 12 years can avail the child price.
- Participants take full responsibility of themselves in all situations
- Pregnant women, people suffering from heart ailments, claustrophobia, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, back or knee problems are not allowed to enter the attraction.
- You will be picked up from your Hotel in Dubai (If Transportation selected)
- You are required to Book your Tour atleast one day in Advance if you are selecting Transportation.
