Daily 24 hour sanitization of the premises.
Physical distancing of 2 meters - We will be ensuring that the 2 meters distancing measure are maintained at all times with signage placed at the venues.
Provision of masks & hand sanitizers– All visitors are mandated and required to wear masks at all times.
COVID 19 health & prevention staff education – Our staff will be educated on maintaining personal health & premise hygiene with regular safety trainings.

- You have to book this experience at least one month in advance.
- Children should be minimum 3 years to experience this tour.
- Kindly carry your ID proof with you.
- Kids between 3 to 12 years of age will be accompanied by adults.
- The session of the Penguin Encounter is for 40 minutes. But penguins will interact only for 25 minutes.
- You will have to be at Ski Dubai at least 45 minutes in advance.
- This is located at Mall of the Emirates, Dubai.
- You will be picked up from your Hotel in Dubai (If Transportation selected)
- You are required to Book your Tour atleast one day in Advance if you are selecting Transportation.
- Your voucher will be emailed to you within 20-45 minutes of purchase. Please display the same on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID.
- These tickets cannot be refunded once the booking has been confirmed.
