With the Photo Pass, you will get an unbelievable mix of videos, photos and souvenir memorabilia. Get yourself clicked at the top of Burj Khalifa or imagine a trip to VR Park where you come back with pictures of yourself shooting down enemies. Wouldn’t that be so cool? We offer various Photo Pass options so that you can choose the one that suits you the best. Our Photo Pass Flexi option offers three digital and one printed photograph of your choice. We also offer other similar options such as Photo Pass Plus (6D), Photo Pass Combo (3D1P), Photo Pass Plus (2P) and many more.

- Photo Pass Flexi / Plus / Mega / Combo Pass any of the options can be chosen.
There are various options available as below :
- Photo Pass Flexi (Any 3 Digital or 1 printed)- Any 3 Digital Photographs or 1 Printed Photograph (Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass)
- Photo Pass plus (6 Digital Photographs Only)- 6 Digital Photographs Only (Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass)
- Photo Pass plus (2 Printed Photographs)- 2 Printed Photographs Only (Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass)
- Photo Pass mega (3 Printed Photographs)- 3 Printed Photographs Only (Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass)
- Photo Pass Combo (3 Digital Photographs and 1 Printed Photograph)- 3 Digital Photographs and 1 Printed Photograph (Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass)
- Photo Pass Combo Plus (6 Digital Photographs and 2 Printed Photographs)- 6 Digital Photographs and 2 Printed Photographs (Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass)
- Maximum of 5 people will be captured per pass.1 Adult will be considered as 1 Pass.
- The pictures will only be captured once the guest enters the location.
- To make payments a voucher with a QR code will be made available.
- Photo Counter will be located in the entrance where the voucher needs to be presented either in printed or digital format & staff at the counter will help with further instructions.
- The pictures will not be captured in case the voucher is not presented at the counter.
- The guest can revisit the counter to choose the pictures whichever they like to on the same day before exiting the site, as the pictures will be no longer available for the next day.
- Site admission is not included in this voucher
- Photo Pass do not cover Penguin Encounter in Ski Dubai.
- Photo pass can redeem into the following location: At the Top Burj Khalifa, VR Park, Ski Dubai, IMG Worlds of Adventure
- Upgrades are available at the Photo counter and payment can be made directly.
- The slot timings can be rescheduled or can be canceled.
- Refunds cannot be claimed if the guest fails to collect or redeem the Photo Pass voucher.
- Unused inclusions in the package are non-refundable.
- Children below the age of 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged the child rates.
- Above the age, 10 years will be considered as an adult and charged the adult rates.
- The validity of the Pass is for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- You can get a full refund if the cancellation of the ticket is made prior to 24 hours.
