- Event Dates are 16th to 18th April 2020 & Venue is Dubai Opera, Downtown, Dubai.
- The duration of the show is approximately 2 Hours 10 Minutes.

- Kids below 2 years are not permitted and above 2+ years would require a ticket & must be accompanied by an adult whoever is under 16 years old.

- Photography, audio or video recording including camera phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
- Underground parking is made available. Paid parking spaces in very close proximity to Dubai Opera are available at Green Parking & also can access the P3 underground parking.
- No food or drinks purchased outside are permitted inside the event.
- Tickets can be replaced only if lost, stolen or damaged subjected to a replacement fee.
- Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break.
- Dubai Opera reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Your voucher will be emailed to you within 20-45 minutes of purchase. Please display the same on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID.
- Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless or until the event is canceled or rescheduled.
