- Your Pickup will be arranged from your hotel in Dubai if transfer is selected.
- If you haven’t opted for any transfers with us, you are requested to reach the location 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the cruise.
- After booking, your voucher will be emailed to you within 20-45 minutes of purchase. Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with your valid photo ID.
- You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
